Disciple Maker Index Survey

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU, OUR PARISHIONERS!

Our church is participating in an archdiocesan wide survey initiated by the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) to help parishes and dioceses seek input from parishioners.

This 75-question survey is a tool that invites parishioners to reflect on where they are on their journey of discipleship and enables parish leadership to make data-driven decisions to help parishioners grow in their faith.
